Role Description:

VDart is seeking a highly competent Java Full Stack Developer to perform activities using Java programming language with strong expertise in Kubernetes, AngularJS, Java, Spring Boot, and GitLab - CI/CD, and capable of coaching junior teams to enhance their software development skills and capabilities.

Position Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Position: Permanent/Contract employee

Responsibilities

1. To work closely with Software Developers and System Analysts in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications
2. To prepare and document the program requirements and specifications
3. To research and document requirements of program users
4. To write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications
5. To run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, areas for improvement, and general debugging
6. To develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines
7. To receive guidance and direction from the senior software developer or system analyst
8. To perform other work-related duties as assigned by Supervisor

Experience

1. Minimum 5 years hands-on working experience in software programming
2. Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure
3. Experience working on Kubernetes such as Redhat OpenShift, Rancher
4. Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, DB2, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills
6. Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
7. Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps
