Japanese Speaker, (Sales Assistant for Selling Recond Cars from Japan)

We are seeking a Japanese Speaker for the position of Sales Assistant specializing in the sale of reconditioned cars from Japan.

Responsibilities:

1. B to B car sales with commission.
2. Translating car auction sheets and related documents from Japanese to English.
3. Finding reconditioned cars on Japanese auction houses based on buyer requirements and sending car information to buyers (Malaysia local dealers) via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
4. Communicating with staff from headquarters in Japan (mainly non-voiced).
5. Attending to customer queries and ad-hoc tasks.
6. Finding and selling cars to the reconditioned car dealer via WhatsApp.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level in any field.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Able to read and understand Japanese.
4. Fresh graduates or inexperienced talents are also encouraged to apply.
5. Interest in cars will be an advantage.
6. Required to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays when necessary (Rotational Shift).
