About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee a dynamic team of freelancers, content editors, SEO managers, and designers dedicated to promoting our Japanese websites.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of employees, content editors, SEO managers, and designers. Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure the team’s success.
2. Project Management:
   • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, and objectives are achieved.
3. Performance Monitoring:
   • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
4. Talent Development:
   • Identify skill gaps within the team and develop training programs or initiatives to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities.
