IT Technician (Network & Security)

Job Description

- Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software
- Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in client computer systems
- Required to perform onsite service at clients’ locations
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services and ensure all service cases are fully attended within expected timeline
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices
- Provide pre-sales support in the area of server, storage, networking, video conferencing, cloud solutions, etc
- Understanding customer’s requirements and provide proposals accordingly
- Perform hands-on configuration of networking equipment such as Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall, etc
- A responsible, aggressive & analytical with good-attitude
- Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills
- Initiative, fast learner and confident
- Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

All customers required to wear masks, show MySejahtera status. Internal team has to do test kits weekly & sanitize office daily.
