IT Technician Junior / Officer

Able to start work within a short period of time will add as an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to internal users.
• Assist in implement, maintain and troubleshoot on MIS systems (computer hardware & software, servers, printers, network infrastructures, internet services, etc).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for ERP system implementation, integration and system support.
• Manage IT asset movement and update the IT asset database.
• Handle any ad hoc assignment from management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / System / Computer Science or any related field of study.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Own transport and willing to travel to retail outlets when necessary.
• Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
