IT Technician

• Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
• Assist with setting up new user accounts, profiles, and email configurations.

System Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and other IT tools.
• Monitor and maintain hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Ensure antivirus, security software, and system backups are up to date.

Network Administration:

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless connections.
• Identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Support the implementation of network upgrades and infrastructure projects.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and support tickets.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and processes to improve future responses.

Training and User Support:

• Educate users on IT policies, security best practices, and software usage.
• Provide guidance on new tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
