IT Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced in all troubleshooting of laptops (Changing Keyboard / LCD / Motherboard, speaker, dismantling of full laptop to parts, etc.)
• Assist in answering technical queries on online platforms
• Packing for online orders
• 5 days work week
• Initiative to take on responsibilities and attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Daily quota of minimum 30 to 50 repair/processing laptop tasks to be met per day

Job Requirements:

• Must have good IT knowledge (Software and hardware)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Troubleshooting of hardware and software of Windows which includes:

1. Dismantling of full laptop to individual parts
2. Changing of laptop RAM
3. Changing of laptop HDD/SSD
4. Changing of LCD/keyboard/motherboard
5. Installing Windows
6. Installing Drivers
