Job Description:

1. Managing daily backup servers.
2. Updating Windows patches if required.
3. Troubleshooting domain environment.
4. Supporting the IT environment, including servers, systems, networks, and other devices.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in IT.
2. 1-2 years of IT support experience.
3. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Position: Full-time.
