Job Duties

1. ICT Project Manager: 15 years of experience in IT Project Management, overseeing day-to-day management of the ICT Technical Services department and coordinating projects related to infrastructure operations, communication technologies, and IT equipment.
2. ICT Technical Service Lead: 10 years of experience, responsible for maintaining IT service operations within the Malaysia corporate office and project offices to ensure availability and performance.
3. ICT Technical Service Analyst - Cloud: 8 years of experience, tasked with maintaining cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and AWS as well as server infrastructure.
4. ICT Technical Support Analyst: 8 years of experience, ensuring the network infrastructure within all Leighton Asia regional offices remains available and performs to business expectations.
5. Assistant Service Delivery Lead: 5 years of experience, responsible for maintaining IT service operations within the Malaysia corporate office and project offices to ensure availability and performance.
