Responsibilities:

1. Acts as a liaison between business units and ICT Division for billing purposes.
2. Communication and syndication with Service Owners in ICT.
3. Ensure all billing to customers is completed.
4. Create RJO document for ICT services to all divisions/subsidiaries.
5. Assist in preparing chargeback reports to divisions periodically and as required.
6. Explore ways to enhance the overall billing process from time to time.
7. Ensure adherence to ICT Policies and Guidelines.
