Job Scope

1. Answer incoming technical support calls, chats, and emails.
2. Identify the severity of cases by asking the right questions, analyzing, and allocating them appropriately based on their severity.
3. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot office IT systems, including computers, printers, and networks.
5. Ensure data security and system backups are in place.
