RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in all IT infrastructures, troubleshooting and rectifying problems of all related matters including hardware, software, and applications, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.
• Responsible for the network system administration, maintenance & backup.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve hardware & software issues or faults, and liaise with external IT vendors from time to time.
• Setup and maintain PCs.
• Provide end-user computing support for PC desktop and business applications.
• Assist in user support on business applications.
• Liaise with IT vendors on hardware and software maintenance, software licensing.
• Demonstrate the ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
• Configure laptops and desktop systems.
• Resolve hardware faults.
• Manage email user ID and domain ID creation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Hardware or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of current technological trends in IT industry including LAN, WAN, Internet, Telecommunications, Application Software, and Network Security.
• Experience in MS Excel and Word at intermediate or advanced level is required.
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting technical issues.
• Hands-on experience in solving personal computer, network, and peripherals problems.
• Experience in Windows server, troubleshooting computers, and maintaining computer networks.
• Highly adaptive, able to multi-task and flexible in progressive workloads.
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to support other branches.
