Role Overview

• Provide technical support for end-users and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Maintain and monitor the organization's network, including VPN and remote desktop services.
• Implement and maintain security measures to ensure the protection of company data.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and recommend hardware upgrades.
• Document all system processes and procedures for future reference.
• Assist with data storage management and disaster recovery planning.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
• Communicate effectively with remote team members to resolve technical issues and provide advanced support.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Expertise in network storage, server solutions, and networking technologies.
• Proficiency in VPN and remote access technologies.
• Experience managing Azure environments.
• Knowledge of anti-malware/security software and SOC 2 compliance.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and ability to develop technical vision.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with a remote team.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• ITIL or relevant Microsoft certifications advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network maintenance, infrastructure planning, Cisco networking, Windows server maintenance, Microsoft networking technologies, and Office 365 management.
