Responsibilities:

• Provide level support with tickets and resolve issues accordingly.
• Understand Service Support Matrix and manage service levels effectively.
• Assist users with inquiries, create and delete accounts, and manage access permissions.

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of working experience in IT support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange preferred.
• Must be a fast learner, adaptable, and able to work independently.
