IT Support Infrastructure & Application

Manage and support on-site IT systems, infrastructure, and production control applications in JIS/Non-JIS environments, implement global-standard IT solutions, ensure data consistency, maintain IT documentation, resolve technical issues, enforce security protocols, manage IT/OT devices, and oversee incident and request tracking in the IT Services Management System.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinates, maintains, and supports on-site applications and system infrastructure, including Production Control System standard (SAP, PCS, QDB, QDC, PVS) and associated operating systems/software in the JIS/Non-JIS environment.
• Acts as a key player in the global acting IT Support team.
• Implements, rolls-out and manages IT systems and software packages that comply with global standards.
• Guarantees availability and consistency of all local data in alignment with data owners.
• Provides expertise for overall JIS/Non-JIS processes and network, server and telecommunication services, as well as IT solutions across functional areas.
• Maintains IT documentation of diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by providing efficient and practical solutions. Escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Implement and enforce IT security protocols, including access controls, firewalls, and data encryption, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Setup, manage, and maintain IT/OT devices (PITS) in production environment.
• Manage/monitoring/tracking all incidents and requests in IT Services Management System.

Competencies and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/IT or any other related fields.
• At least 3-5 years working experience in the manufacturing field.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Basic knowledge in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network, cloud network, switch, physical/virtual windows server management.
• Experience using remote tools to support remote end users and systems.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Good interpersonal skills, eager to learn and service-oriented.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to provide on-call duty support.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate in English.
