Your role

• Responsible as the main subject matter expert in IT administration of Lion & Lion
• Offers technical support to users by responding to questions and training needs regarding hardware and software
• Troubleshoots common issues and suggests solutions where appropriate
• Maintains LAN performance and workstations
• Identifies problems and guides users through corrective steps
• Improves system performance by solving problems and recommending effective changes
• Identifies issues and provides solutions for IT infrastructure, security, and network needs of the business
• Manages and controls the IT hardware list and stock
• Liaises with various vendors for quotes and purchase orders

Your profile

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• A minimum of Diploma / Professional Certificate in related field
• Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software
• Knowledge of Google suite and ability to train on this
• An excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Broad LAN knowledge and experience with network repairs and analysis
• In-depth understanding of a wide variety of operating systems
• High focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
