Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems, including servers, network devices, and cloud services.
Manage cybersecurity measures to protect company data and prevent cyber threats.
Work with software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide technical support and staff training on software, cybersecurity, and IT policies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 2-5 years of IT support, system administration, or network management experience.
Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage IT infrastructure, security, and support systems.
