Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Perform daily off-site & onsite backup and ensure backup media is kept in the designed location.
  2. Support daily operations in HQ and POS administration, configuration, and installations which include POS, PC, Laptop, Tablet, Network, and WIFI access.
  3. Manage records of Hardware and Software licenses.
  4. Coordinate with ERP and POS vendors on issues reported on software.
  5. Assist in rollout projects and follow up on documentation and procedures with vendors.
  6. Registration, email users, and extraction of reports from the POS system.
  7. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  8. E-wallet, credit card, and other payment gateway application processes.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. Organizational skills, ability to set priorities, and meet challenging deadlines.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Keen operational sense with a full understanding of each department's role and needs.
  5. Sharp observation skills.
  6. Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  7. Self-directed individual with initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
