DELLTONE SERVICES is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support professional to join our dynamic team in Senai Johor. As an IT Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' technology infrastructure. This full-time position requires a strong technical skillset, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing first-line technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT problems in a timely and effective manner.
3. Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
4. Documenting and tracking IT incidents and service requests to ensure efficient resolution.
5. Collaborating with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
6. Providing training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of technology.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry developments.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
2. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of IT issues.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
4. Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
