Job Description

1. Manage daily IT operations and oversee IT project implementation in line with IT Governance Standards and Cyber Security guidelines.
2. Support applications and IT systems, ensuring smooth operations.
3. Maintain and enforce IT Security policies.
4. Roll out IT systems and applications across the organization.
5. Work with third party service providers to manage IT system upkeep.
6. Contribute to IT roadmap development and maintain cybersecurity, backup, and monitoring processes.
7. Manage IT inventory, lifecycle management, and maintain technical documentation for shipboard systems.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures for shipboard software and system maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support should have:

1. Strong knowledge of workplace systems, network infrastructure, and IT operations.
2. Proficiency in Windows configurations, administration, and issue resolution.
3. Proven experience in planning, executing, and deploying IT projects successfully.
4. Certifications & Experience - ITIL certification required; minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written & spoken).
6. Expertise in backup solutions, cybersecurity, and system maintenance.
