IT Support

Job Responsibility

1. Do installation on different kinds of operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, etc).
2. Deploy and maintain ongoing business (CDN, SSL, etc).
3. Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via instant messaging platform or email.
4. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
5. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
6. Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
7. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.
8. Document technical procedures and solutions for knowledge sharing.
9. Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software.
10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
2. Fresh graduate or equivalent 1-2 years of working experience.
3. Able to speak in English.
4. Proven experience in an IT Support role or similar position.
5. Strong knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
6. Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals.
7. Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
12. Able to travel to the office (Hybrid).
13. Able to travel overseas for maintenance on hardware and site checking (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea).
