1. IT Senior Manager of Application and Data
Oversee end-to-end technology project management (excluding e-banking projects that require specialised professional knowledge), including planning, application enhancement, timely status reporting, issue resolution, and risk identification. Coordinate required testing, implementation, and post-implementation support. Liaise with the Parent Bank/vendor for application enhancements and track and report project portfolio performance.
Ensure technical aspects of application and solution designs meet standards for performance, scalability, security, and supportability.
Establish and uphold policies and procedures for IT system implementation, operation, and management.
Review and ensure IT policies, standards, and procedures comply with regulations and guidelines.
Identify key IT risks through various assessments (e.g., outsourcing risk assessments, ABC reviews, PayNet rules self-assessments). Perform IT gap analyses (e.g., RMiT and BCM gap analyses) to ensure ongoing compliance.
Respond to emergencies and engage with vendors for external resource needs.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand the data requirements and needs, where applicable. Oversee timely reporting for business and operations and handle ad-hoc data/statistics requests, especially for regulatory reporting.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Senior Management.
Job Requirements
A recognised Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
Minimum of five (5) years IT experience in banking/ financial institutions.
Proficiency in general IT controls, applications control, and SQL. Familiarity with IT relevant rules and regulations in banking/ financial institutions will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills and computer literacy.
Capability to work independently and perform multiple tasks within tight schedules.
A good team player.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
2. IT Senior Manager of Infrastructure and Support
Responsible for technology project implementation, leading full project cycle from initiation through close.
Proactive in managing problems, release and deployment management.
Responsible for the technical areas of the allocated projects and solutions designs by ensuring appropriate consideration for performance, scalability, capacity, security and supportability and maintainability.
Respond to emergencies and engage with vendors for external resource needs.
To perform review in ensuring the IT policy standards and operating procedures, manuals are adequate and in compliance with BNM regulations and parent bank guidelines.
To manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, network, and storage solutions with team.
To monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal operation.
To oversee, manage and provide guidance to junior colleagues on desktop, server, application, in-house application and daily technical support.
To develop and ensure all backup systems are run correctly and procedures for backup are carried out correctly.
To ensure the LAN/WAN connectivity is up all the time.

Job Requirements
A recognised Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
Minimum of five (5) years IT experience in banking/ financial institutions.
Expertise in server management (Windows and Linux).
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Familiarity with IT relevant rules and regulations in banking/ financial institutions will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills.

4. IT Assistant Manager of Infrastructure and Support
To perform software and hardware troubleshooting for computers, laptops, printers and network equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
To maintain and monitor system and application at Disaster Recovery site and alternate business site to ensure system is up-to-date and able to be restored as needed.
To manage user administration for Microsoft Active Directory, systems deployed locally.
To develop and ensure all backup systems are run correctly and procedures for backup are carried out correctly.
Respond to emergency situations as needed for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns.
Engage with vendors as required for change requests which require external resources.
To be responsible for IT assets management and IT storage management.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Senior Management.
