We are looking for an IT Solutions Consultant who will become part of our DevOps team, working together with other teammates on making our products best in class. You will be part of a team responsible for critical DHL Express platforms. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, self-directed, a team player, and passionate about resolving new challenging tasks. The team is dealing with various projects, e.g., development of new features, upgrade of EOSL components, removing security vulnerabilities, migrations to cloud, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will take end-to-end care of our systems including designing, developing, testing, operating, and supporting.
• You will participate in requirement analysis, solution design, system test case development, interface analysis, documentation, and SRS.
• You will deliver assigned services according to agreed SLA’s (TRT, Availability, Performance).
• You will document work using the required standards, methods, and tools.
• You will manage expectations of the stakeholders.
• You will set up and maintain test environments & test data.

As an IT Solutions Consultant, having experience with data analytic tools (e.g., Adobe analytics) and knowledge of databases is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of APIs: SOAP, REST, XML/XSD, JSON will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado; therefore, you have hands-on knowledge in testing (functional & automation), with preferred experience in Selenium. You are able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
