IT / Software Engineer (Basic RM3.2K - 3.5K)

• Design and implement integrated IT and AV systems for clients.
• Develop system architectures and ensure compatibility between IT and AV components.
• Software Development and Configuration:
  • Develop, test, and configure software applications for system integration.
  • Customize control systems and interfaces for AV and IT systems.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Collaboration and Project Execution:
  • Work closely with the project team to execute client projects on time and within scope.
  • Liaise with clients to gather technical requirements and provide solutions.
• System Maintenance and Updates:
  • Perform regular maintenance on integrated systems.
  • Ensure systems remain up-to-date with the latest technologies and patches.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education:
  • Minimum: Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or Software Development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
  • Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with AV systems, control systems, or automation platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
