IT Senior Executive (Infrastructure & Network) / (Network Engineer)

Responsible for managing hospital IT infrastructure, including setup, installation, maintenance of network switches, firewalls, wireless APs, controllers, firmware upgrades, security patches, and IT infrastructure projects. They also maintain hardware and software license inventory, handle IT audits, conduct cybersecurity training, and provide support after office hours.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• To support IT HOD to manage hospital IT Infrastructure to ensure servers and network are secure and high availability to support hospital operations.
• To support IT HOD to manage network infrastructure included setup, installation, and
• maintenance of network switch, Firewall, Wireless AP and controller. Monitoring network traffics to maintain network integrity.
• Perform firmware upgrade and security patches for Firewall, network switches and servers. Involve in IT infrastructure project, included organize meeting with external vendor to resolve pending issue and ensure the project complete within stipulated timeframe.
• Maintain hardware and software license inventory and handling of IT audit.
• Conduct Cybersecurity training to end user.
• Provide computer hardware/software application support after office hour when necessary. Perform any other reasonable duties as and when assigned by superior or management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT field.
• Experience in managing HCI, VMWare, Hyper-V, Veeam backup solution, Cisco Layer 2 & 3 manageable switch, endpoint protection with EDR is added advantage.
