IT Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot all information technology and related issues.
2. Maintain log and/or list of required repair and maintenance.
3. Connect and set up hardware and troubleshoot software errors.
4. Maintenance and services of computer hardware and software.
5. Network and e-mail maintenance and configuration.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Thorough knowledge to perform IT Helpdesk.
4. Able to grow, develop, and manage a strong operations team.
5. Possess Network Troubleshooting & Technical Competency.
