Job Description:
Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment in IT industry
Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods.
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews to assess applicants' skills, experience, and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Providing feedback to candidates at each stage of the selection process.
Negotiating job offers and employment terms with successful candidates.
Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the company.
