JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Drive and manage digital customer engagement platform (CEP) projects by defining, tracking, and validating the project scope, timeline, and budget.
2. Ensure adherence to the bank's policies, processes, and project management best practices.
3. Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.
4. Plan, mobilize, and track IT resources to ensure role deliverables are met.
5. Manage vendors, ensuring deliverables align with project goals and payments are tracked accurately.
6. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring their alignment and support.
7. Lead scrum teams using Agile practices to ensure software delivery meets customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage CEP projects such as hyper-personalization, notifications, straight-through processing, loyalty, campaigns, and marketplace. Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
2. Oversee project deliverables within agreed timelines, scope, and budget, managing all risks and deviations effectively.
3. Plan, track, and manage vendors and internal resources, ensuring their tasks and payments are completed on time.
4. Ensure projects follow governance processes, including IT spend approval, project initiation, and completion.
5. Lead scrum teams, remove impediments, coach teams, and facilitate collaboration to achieve higher Scrum maturity.
6. Provide regular project updates, track costs, and manage reporting to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
7. Drive improvements to delivery processes and foster a culture of ongoing development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in computer science or related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software delivery through in-house development.
3. 3-4 years of experience managing projects related to cyber security, including areas like chats, notifications, loyalty programs, and marketplace ecosystems.
4. 2 years of experience in technical or functional roles within in-house banking systems.
5. At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master.
6. Familiarity with Scrum techniques, including the Definition of Done (DoD), stories, backlog management.
7. Proficient in Jira and Confluence. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
8. PSM (Professional Scrum Master) Certification (optional).
9. PRINCE2 or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications are advantageous.
