IT Project Manager (Contract role, ERP system, IT infrastructure)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee different projects, programs for Lidl & Kaufland Asia IT team
• Plan the resource, timelines, budget and partners to deliver IT Projects
• Establish clearly defined stakeholder, objectives and ROI of the project
• Responsible for establishing and promoting project’s best practices
• Manage communication & training plan with business process owners
• Directly managing all aspects of the project lifecycle. Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of Project / Product implementations
• Accountable for full life cycle project management, including project initiation and planning, development, testing, implementation, and closeout
• Plan, program, and recommend allocation of resources to support the Project objectives
• Develop project schedules and recommends appropriate lead-lag times. Plan workload for multiple project management teams and de-conflicts resources. Provide forward-looking schedule analysis to Leadership
• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas. Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules
• Source the capabilities, skills and technology necessary to meet customer requirements supported by service level agreements
• Conducts regular, periodic, project management status meetings to update all stakeholders of project progress, issues, challenges, risks and propose mitigation plans

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of managing large and complex technology projects across Retail, Supply chain and Logistics
• BA or BS degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred
• Has delivered at least 5 full life-cycle of large projects
• Has excellent understanding of Project Management Tools
• Has excellent skills of building presentations, documents, charts
