Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Team Management: Leading and managing project teams. Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for project stakeholders. Keeping them informed of project progress, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact the project. Developing strategies to mitigate or resolve these risks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Conducting testing and reviews as needed.
- Budget Management: Monitoring project expenditures and ensuring that the project remains within budget. Handling any financial discrepancies or adjustments.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Problem Solving: Addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the related field.
- Experience in Healthcare Information Technology.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
