Job Responsibilities

Involve in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.

• Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business Operation, System Upgrading.
• Responsible for preparation, creation and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
• Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
• Provide high-quality service for clients to meet win-win cooperation.
• Responsible for tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or equivalent.
• Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell script, and Python script.
• Responsible, warm, sincere, teamwork-oriented, willing to work under pressure, and possess good learning capacity with creativity.
• Strong customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
