What you’ll be doing

Together with your colleagues, you will work on tasks and projects related to IT operations and network administration for all of our global offices, a total of 24 at last count! Think of MDM, SSO, IAM and ZTNA, for example.

In addition, you will also be working on a variety of thrilling local and global projects, ranging from DR and security exercises to evaluating new technologies and everything in between.

Lastly — and on a rotational basis — you will be attached as an operational member to our NSOC team, which monitors the security of our networks and operational infrastructure, giving you the chance to dip your toes in the security domain as a security analyst. You wouldn’t be the first colleague to permanently move from IT Operations to Security! Career opportunities aplenty!

What you bring to the table

1. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
2. Strong knowledge of our ‘big 5’: Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, JumpCloud, and Cato Networks
3. Hands-on technical skills. You are able to configure and troubleshoot equipment such as Fortigate Firewalls and HP/Aruba access points and switches
4. Ability to keep your cool in stressful situations and still get the job done, no matter what
5. Familiarity with technologies and concepts such as VPN, ZTNA, MDM, MFA, and disaster recovery
6. An intrinsic drive to ‘find the root cause’ and a flair for simple solutions
7. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

What’s good to have

1. An agile mindset and experience with agile project management frameworks
2. Technical skills outside the IT Operations domain, for example, coding or database experience
3. Experience with cloud technologies, notably AWS, GCP, or Alicloud
