IT .Net Technical Project Lead | Healthcare Group | Remote (WFH) Full Time

A joint venture of one of the largest healthcare services groups in Asia, our client is a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and Managed Care Organisation (MCO) that also builds the connectivity applications and infrastructure for the exchange of transaction information through the Internet, linking up key players in the healthcare. Moreover, they have developed the first ever System in-built Medical Knowledge Based Administrative System to achieve cost containment yet not compromising quality of healthcare provided.

The new role

1. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
2. To be involved in developing projects end to end and ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
4. Coordinating deliverables, gathering technical requirements, client discussions, meetings, trainings, and relevant presentations.
5. To lead the project development team and resolve all the technical roadblocks.
6. Manage deliverables, change requests, bug fixes, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements to succeed

1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in software project management or related field is required.
3. Strong understanding of Agile methodology and proven experience in software development.
4. Hands-on experience in planning, monitoring, and delivering enterprise software systems.
5. Familiar with web-related technologies (Web applications, API, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols.
6. Familiar with Microsoft technology: OOP programming language (.NET C#, .NET Core), database (Azure SQL/SQL Server) and reporting server (SSRS).
7. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and project management skills.
8. Able to communicate effectively in English.
