Your Role – Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT modernization initiatives to replace manual processes with digitalized solutions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand and translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Benchmark and research new IT solutions to improve infrastructure and systems.
• Liaise with vendors/solution providers for successful system/software implementation and support.
• Oversee deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and patches according to project schedules.
• Ensure systems meet functional requirements and deliver improved productivity.
• Implement and sustain process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage IT projects in alignment with set milestones, deliverables, and budgets.

• Manage and oversee the company’s Management Information System (MIS) operations.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure and core systems to ensure business continuity.
• Monitor and manage system troubleshooting, backups, storage, and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop, document, and enforce IT policies and best practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to IT team members.

What You’ll Bring – Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations or systems management.
• At least 1–2 years in software/system project implementation.
• Experience with ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics GP) is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
• Experience in IT project management and leading system improvement initiatives.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
