Leads and oversees the IT department, ensuring efficient and secure IT operations, managing IT projects, and developing strategic plans to meet the organization's technology needs.
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance to enable excellence in SLA and KPI.
Manage the IT team, set clear job expectations in delivering high quality services, and resolving daily issues.
Lead and manage IT vendors to support and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, etc.
Facilitate and coordinate overall IT day-to-day support to the group on computer and any IT related questions or issues, leveraging IT vendors as the primary support.
Manage and maintain all IT equipment and assets, licenses, subscriptions, and administration.
Assess IT environment regularly to ensure everything is structured in a secured and efficient manner. Propose and deploy solutions as required.
Review and update IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure the reliability, security and availability of systems.
Leverage technologies to improve productivity. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to understand issues, drive and deploy IT improvement projects as required.
Assist in managing the IT budget and ensure effective allocation of expenditures.
Ensure compliance of IT processes and procedures with audit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
At least 5 years in IT management or a related senior technical position.
Proficient in IT infrastructure, network management, IT security protocols, cloud services, and enterprise software solutions.
