Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational in the Healthcare sector. Our client is seeking dynamic leaders for the position of Regional IT Manager.

Job Summary
The Regional IT Manager will oversee system installations and maintenance of company software and applications, ensuring adherence to Group IT policies. This individual will plan and execute IT projects, managing third-party service providers and providing effective IT support for business applications such as SAP Business One, HCM, CRM, and LMS.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the installation and maintenance of company software and applications in alignment with Group IT policy.
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide effective IT support for business applications (e.g., SAP Business One, HCM, CRM, LMS), infrastructure, and office systems.
• Manage third-party service providers, ensuring services meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
• Ensure that users are adequately supported by IT services for their day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of server, storage, and network topologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
• Preferably prior experience in leading the implementation and maintenance of e-commerce, CRM, and HRM systems.
• At least 6 years of IT management experience in a similar role.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen effectively, and express requirements concisely.
