IT Manager

The IT Manager is required to assist the organization in IT planning, execution, and management of IT systems within the organization. The candidate will take the lead to advise and work closely with the CEO and management on an effective IT plan that could support current and upcoming business models.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop an effective IT roadmap that meets the business objectives of the organization.
2. Create and update IT policies and procedures based on industry best practices.
3. Understand retail F&B technological trends, evaluate, and recommend solutions to the board and CEO that could benefit the organization.
4. Lead and oversee IT projects, from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
5. Coordinate with other departments/business units to gather requirements, define project objectives, and communicate project progress.
6. Work and communicate well with stakeholders, internal and external parties.
7. Maintain essential IT, including but not limited to email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, ERP, and restaurant retail systems.
8. Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Diploma in any IT field.
2. Strong technical knowledge across various IT domains, including ERP, networks, systems, security, and cloud technologies.
3. Great leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
5. Able to manage multitasks and work independently with minimum supervision.
6. Candidate with ERP management skill sets would have an added advantage.
