Monitor the operational and maintenance of SSM Core System (Main SSM's Business Function) by utilizing system Development Life Cycle to ensure applications achieved the required standards.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ System Management/ Software Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in middleware integration, software development or IT infrastructure management is preferred.
• Required skill(s):
• ICT Application Development & Services;
• Managing ICT Services;
• Strong knowledge of middleware technologies such as IBM, Redhat Fuse (Knowledge on IBM CP4i will be added advantage); and
• Good knowledge in integration protocol such as SOAP, REST, GraphQL or gRPC.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Lead and manage in the implementation of in-house system development, deployment and integration, both technically and functionally to support business needs.
2. Facilitate communication between sections, such as with server team to ensure system performance and stability.
3. Work hand in hand with various stakeholders and Managed Services Vendor to realize business ambitions and goals.
4. Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives of middleware integration projects.
5. Prepare comprehensive system documentation outlining systems capabilities and processes to improve quality and efficiency in the development cycle.
6. Monitor and ensure all systems are running efficiently and working on optimum performance.
7. Proactive Daily Health Check, Preventive Actions and Problem handling to permanently fix and prevent faults in the systems from any service interruptions in a timely and efficient manner.
8. End to end capacity management is in place to monitor traffic growth either linear or exponential based on the market trend and consumer behavior and develop action plans to ensure the system is capable to handle the traffic.
9. Continuously instill the exploration mindset to drive transformation and IT capability uplift.
10. Continuously drive service improvement processes, procedures and controls for effective and efficient operations, and ensure teams to comply with standards, guidelines and best practices.
