Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of IoT coffee machines.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure proper functionality and performance of deployed IoT and payment systems in coffee machines.
Perform routine maintenance and firmware updates on coffee machines to ensure optimal performance.
Provide training and technical support to coffee machine technicians regarding the optimization of field service software and applications.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts, protocols, and architectures is an advantage.
Proficiency in common office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
It is preferable to have an interest in new technologies.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
