About our group:

The Slider IT/FIS team develops IT systems to support Factory Operations. The team provides a vertically integrated Factory system from equipment interfacing, middleware to backend systems that support manufacturing processes.

About the role - you will:

● Work with a team of developers to deliver system solutions to fulfill Operation requests
● Learn tools used by the team on development, bringing in new tools/knowledge to improve efficiency
● Be involved in UI (User Interface) and backend system development using the latest development concepts like Microservices, Application Containerization, REST APIs, etc.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system solutions to solve process problems
● Learn Scaled Agile frameworks on solution development and delivery
● Communicate the status of projects and progress to the team and supervisor

About you:

● Excellent teamwork, leadership, and coachability
● Capable of communication and presentation in technical knowledge with the team
● Excellent interpersonal, planning, organization, mentoring, training, and presentation skills
● Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
● Able to apply development tools, e.g., Python, Visual Studio/C#
● Fluent in English communication (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Reading)

Your experience includes:

● Good knowledge of the fundamentals of software development
● Having good logical thinking
