IT Intern (EHS Dept)

EHS and Smartsheet projects management activities supported by intern:

1. Develop and optimize EHS, Trade & PPO Power BI dashboard & Power automate workflows to support business changes.
2. Manage and configure new project intake and project plan template populating in Smartsheet.
3. Maintain and evolve Corp EHS & PPO Sharepoint websites.
4. Design and upgrade EHS Workday eLearning modules with Arculate.
5. Support in training deployment into Workday learning format (FY25 project: Role Based EHS Training project).

Intern with IT academic background preferred.

Location: Penang Office, GBS@Mayang
