IT Infrastructure Manager

• Infrastructure Planning & Management: Direct the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, covering networks, servers, storage solutions, and cloud platforms.
• Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues impacting end-users.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity experts, and support staff.
• Security & Compliance: Safeguard the integrity and security of the IT infrastructure while ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Vendor & Asset Oversight: Handle procurement, vendor management, and licensing agreements to maximize resource efficiency.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor infrastructure performance, making improvements to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup Planning: Develop and implement effective disaster recovery plans and backup strategies.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budget preparation and management for infrastructure operations and projects.
• Stay Informed: Keep current with the latest trends and technologies, assessing their potential impact on the organization.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of infrastructure setups, processes, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in IT and Network Security, demonstrating success as an independent contributor.
• Expertise in network security, disaster recovery, IT infrastructure management, vendor relations, and process documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of network management, server systems, cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure), and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with security best practices, disaster recovery protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in infrastructure monitoring tools and incident management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
