IT Infrastructure Head - Kuala Lumpur - Crowe Malaysia PLT

The IT Infrastructure Head role at Selangor Dredging Berhad involves leading the IT infrastructure team to ensure the effective management of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining and implementing IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Managing IT change management, third-party security monitoring, and application support.
• Coordinating user acceptance tests, developing and maintaining application user manuals, and system training material.
• Working closely with vendors to ensure seamless database maintenance and performance monitoring.
• Developing in-house report enhancements and modifications, as well as extracting data from databases and developing ad-hoc reports in Excel.
• Owning and maintaining access matrix development and change management process ownership.

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of IT security processes, including government and coordination of third-party network access and database access compliance.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
