Job Description
- Perform daily operations and handle incidents promptly
- Perform regular monitoring and health-checking of IT infrastructure and systems
- Provide helpdesk support to users on desktop computing and office equipment
- Perform hardware and software inventory control
- Perform other daily administrative tasks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines
- 3 years’ experience in desktop support service
- Good in English is a must
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows PC environment
- Holder of Microsoft certificate is preferred
- Holder of Cisco CCNA certificate is preferred
- General office helpdesk experience is an advantage
- Willing to work on flexible hours
