IT Executive

• To design, develop and implement in-house software application according to client’s needs.
• Analyze, test, and assist or support the users.
• Provide a demo presentation and training to clients, ensuring integration into client’s needs and easy adaptation to the new systems and processes.
• Provide first-line technical support for printers, desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT problems related to printers, including hardware failures, software glitches, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain IT-related configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors for software upgrades.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and documentation.
• Document all support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions.
• Involve in IT-related projects and system upgrades as required.
• Lead and manage the IT Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Information System or related field.
• Strong understanding and technical skills of copier technologies (printers/copier/scanner).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT solution design and expertise in printing management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, PHP, HTML, and C++.
