IT Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain PC Hardware Asset and Software Application.
• Monitor and manage network devices such as routers, switches, access points, printers, etc.
• Support Microsoft Dynamic NAV ERP System.
• Provide 1st level support to customers by remote or onsite support.
• Able to manage and handle IT related projects.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks given by Superior.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or above.
• At least 1-2 years of related experience in the IT support field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in Microsoft related products, IT Network Infrastructure, and PC Hardware troubleshooting is required.
• Prior experience with ERP systems is strongly beneficial.
• Knowledge in data analysis or system reporting is required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Required languages: English, Malay, or Chinese.
