We're currently looking for a talented IT Executive to join Bina Warehouse, one of the most established companies in Malaysia providing World-Class bathrooms & kitchens to exclusive homes.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

1. Work alongside Head of IT to implement new digital applications and automations that will further modernize the company and reduce the need for paper.
2. Work alongside senior managers & 3rd party vendors to set up & maintain all the IT systems, including the server, network, backup & operating system.
3. You will be given many Training opportunities on all the new digital tools, including Microsoft 365, and your self-learning will be encouraged.
4. Be the main person for troubleshooting IT problems, ensuring minimal downtime and frustration for staff.
5. Provide 1-to-1 training for staff on IT matters.
6. Be the main contact person between our users/company and outsourced vendors for:
7. - all hardware issues (including laptops, network, printers, and other devices, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs)
8. - all software issues (including technical support and other needs)
9. Create clear, step-by-step user guides or SOPs to support staff to use new systems effectively.
10. Maintain up-to-date record logs of all hardware, software, and support requests.

DO YOU HAVE THESE REQUIREMENTS?

1. Education: Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Experience: Prefer 2+ years experience in IT support/admin or related role.
3. Strong English Communication Skills (Written & Verbal): Able to understand English well, and instruct or explain technical information in simple, step-by-step English to non-technical users.
4. Patient and helpful: to troubleshoot and teach staff of different IT skill levels, including beginners.
5. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: To diagnose user’s technical issues and implement solutions that work.
6. No advanced programming skills required.
7. Require strong understanding of general IT systems and tools e.g. Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, hardware, networking, cloud computing, server maintenance & backup.
8. Added advantage if you have experience in CRM, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or Business Central.
