Manage user accounts, course setup, enrollment, and announcements on NilaiUni Connect (Moodle). Provide user support and training for students and faculty.
Assist students with timetable, attendance, and course module-related inquiries through the Student Portal (CMS).
Manage and update website content, including careers, services, transportation, academic calendar, convocation, alumni updates, and the landing page.
Manage and update the Joomla-based website, including CRPS, CRC Computing Conference webpage, and Virtual Library.
Responsible for updating and maintaining student data in the system (E-IPTS), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Assist users with printer and software installations, as well as general IT troubleshooting.
Help organize and maintain the computing lab.
Support student orientation activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge of CMS platforms for student portals.
Familiarity with Joomla for website management.
Experience with database management (MySQL, MS Access).
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as HTML, ASP, and CSS.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide technical support.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to train users when necessary.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
