Qualification

• Minimum 5 years working experience in IT infra and network support
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Able to lead and influence team members and stakeholders
• Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with users at all levels
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is preferable.

Special Skill Required

• Experienced and knowledge in infrastructure architecture framework and technologies
• Experienced and knowledge in IT Project management
• Experienced and knowledge in Windows Server OS, SQL Server, Linux and Server Virtualization (VMware vSphere), Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Windows Group Policy.
• Experienced and knowledge in Cisco layer3 switching and routing, firewall (Fortinet)
• Experienced and knowledge in RMiT guidelines
• Knowledge in computer programming, scripting and database will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

• Project management: Manage IT infrastructure projects and enhancements.
• Policy and procedure development: Develop, review and update IT policies, processes and standards.
• Support in internal reporting and authority reporting when necessary.
• Hardware and software support: Evaluate and recommend improvements to hardware and software development processes.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors on the quotation, procurement and maintenance renewal for IT hardware and software.
• Provide incident response for IT security infrastructure components.
