To create value propositions to DHL’s solutions influencing customer stakeholders.
To bring together various IT aspects of DHL’s offerings to create winning proposals and solutions that meets or exceeds customers’ requirements.
To continually improve the pre-sales process to ensure efficiency and accuracy of solutions and models put forth.
To support the business development team with all technical aspects of pursuits.
To support O2D process to ensure proper compliance to governance of opportunity through to delivery.
Continually engage internal and external customers to understand their new business requirements and future IT plan.
Propose winning solutions by contributing innovative ideas to integrate with other DHL products/3rd party products to meet customers’ total end-to-end requirements.
Ensure successful handover of solutions to project/product management.
R&D, investment and the deployment of projects
Requirements
Minimum Degree in IT, Computer Science or related
Minimum 6 Years of experience in IT Solutions/ IT Sales
Minimum 6 Years experience in Managing Customer Solutions, Commercials & Solutions
Preference will be candidates with experience in IT Customer Solutions in Logistics and IT Product Owners
